General Adoption Procedures

Adoption is a process. TEARS coaching believes the earlier a person can come to a fuller understanding of what is involved in an adoption process the better. TEARS coaching developed the Twenty Step Procedure (TSP) used for this purpose.  In reviewing all steps in adoption it allows for a self management in time and money and progress.  This general overview can be applied to all adoptions and can lead to better insight on expected procedure, help chart a budget in time and money early in adoption research. The Twenty Step Procedure (TSP) allows you to plan not only the financial cost but also the time and emotional cost in your adoption at the outset.
